Sara Pazell, BAppSci(OT), MBA, PhD, CPE
is the managing director for Viva! Health at Work (industrial, organisational, and office workstation ergonomics, and workplace wellbeing programs), and the Asia Pacific consultancy manager for Humanscale (office workstation ergonomics). She is a sessional academic at three Australian universities and she is an advisory panellist for Wellness WiseTM Practitioner training, contributing advice about good work design.
Ms Pazell is an energetic, passionate and experienced specialist in human-centred design. She provides advice about the design of work or products for productivity and well-being. She is a work analyst and (work) designer, and, through the analysis of human task requirements and knowledge of human performance, she advises structural designers (engineers, architects, interior designers) and organisational systems strategists how to provide for the best possible work conditions. She helps work teams and operational leaders discover their capacity for innovation or novel adaptation.
