Context
The health and wellness industry is constantly evolving to address the diverse needs of individuals and organisations looking to improve their overall well-being. Organisations build their good will by supporting workers in health and wellbeing strategiest, coupled with good work practices.
Challenge
Organisations, health promoting community events, and gym facilities sought complementary practices to promote worker health. They wanted to help enhance physical conditioning, generalised health, enhance wellbeing, stimulate engagement, and mitigate worker stress, adding to a complement of health and wellbeing-oriented employee benefits.
Approach
ViVA structured specialised yoga and fitness conditioning workshops to provide a holistic solution, bridging the gap between physical fitness and mental wellness. The workshops catered to varying levels of participant experience and objectives. The workshops included specialised sessions focused on stress relief, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness techniques. Additionally, ViVA designed workshops for upper quadrant release, back care, hip opening, and core stability for different groups. The workshops emphasised breath control, alignment, and relaxation techniques.
Outcomes
The yoga & fitness workshops resulted in positive health outcomes, including improved flexibility, decreased stress levels, and enhanced mental clarity for both gym and corporate participants.
