Andrew brings over 37 years of experience in education, including 24 years as a school principal, where he led large, complex teams and shaped high-performance cultures. Now working across sectors, Andrew applies his leadership and organisational expertise to support business transformation, capability development, and culture change initiatives.
Andrew holds a Master of Educational Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Negotiation and is accredited in the internationally recognised Six Team Conditions methodology – one of the most robust frameworks for diagnosing and developing effective team dynamics. He specialises in leadership and workplace culture training, helping organisations build resilient, values-driven teams. His facilitation style is grounded, pragmatic, and people-focused, blending evidence-informed strategies with deep insight into the behavioural and structural enablers of performance.
