With 7 years of dedicated experience in the field of occupational health and safety, Son is an experienced professional in risk management, ergonomic risk assessment, and manual task risk management training. Son’s expertise extends to detailed task analysis, task (re)design, and systems analysis, making him a trusted expert in the industry.
Son’s specialised areas include job analysis, industrial risk management, manual task risk management, noise exposure management, and the application and interpretation of whole-body vibration assessment. He provides advice on office workstation fit; supporting, advising, and training individuals and teams to optimise their workstations for ergonomic comfort and productivity. He is a member of the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society Australia (HFESA) and the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS). He is a Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator (COEE) and a Certified Office Workstation Practitioner (C-OWP L1).
