Greg Smith
Special Projects Coordinator
Greg has spent his career becoming a specialist in structuring projects and developing team culture. Greg spent over 40 years employed by QLD Police Service (QPS), he has extensive experience in case work, holding positions in Criminal Investigation, Project Management (DNA Unit/Youth Gangs), Commonwealth Games 2018 logistics manager and Forensic Services (31 years).
Within Greg’s management roles in QPS, has established and maintained a healthy work culture with diverse units, spanning across various regions. Creating a strong collegial network both internal and external to the QPS enabled him to access a broad range of resources promptly and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders. Greg’s enginuity and capacity to lead and manage complex operations assists the ViVA team in achieving function outcomes in time sensitive environments.
